FAQ

We make several different sizes flags/cases. Each one should have an approximate number of coins (or glasses) that the case will hold in the description of that specific product. For custom cases, the number of coins/glasses that the case will hold is dependent on the design.

Typically custom cases will take between 6-8 weeks during peak season (Summer & Christmas season), but during non-peak season, the wait time is usually closer to 5-6 weeks. Contact me when ordering to see what the current wait time is. If you want to expedite a custom order, I offer Rush Production for either $40 (ships in 3 weeks or less from order/design approval), or $250 (ships in 2 weeks or less from order/design approval). I do offer several cases that are "Ready Now" (in the Ready Now section of my Shop) that will ship out in 3-4 business days. These flags have been made and boxed up, ready to ship out quickly. They are not customizable (what you see is what will ship).
